Terms & Conditions

  1. Your car will arrive at the appointed time unless we are unable to do so due to circumstances beyond our control.
  2. We will not carry more passengers than the law allows
  3. Any breakages or damages will be charged to the person who placed the booking.
  4. Any person vomiting in the car will be charged at £100 for valeting and loss of next booking.
  5. The chauffeur has the right to stop the car and ask any persons to leave if they mistreat the car in any way.
  6. Fast food meals must not be consumed in the car.
  7. If the car should break down during your journey every effort will be made to get you to your destination.in the unlikely event of a total breakdown we reserve the right to replace the booked vehicle with another suitable vehicle(s)
  8. We cannot be held responsible for the delays due to traffic jams, road works and bad weather. Severe weather warnings deemed to endanger road users which will be assessed by our chauffeur on the day of hire
  9. By law we cannot supply alcohol to under 18’s.
  10. All deposits are non-refundable.
  11. Your booking is only secured once we have received your deposit.
  12. Cancellations 12 weeks prior to hire will be charged at half rate. Cancellations 6 weeks prior to hire will be charged at full rate Final balance for hire should be paid in full 6 weeks prior to hire date.
  1. Balances / final payments for weddings / proms should be paid in full 6 weeks prior the date of hire.
  2. The company insists that a strict no smoking policy is adhered to in the cars at all times.
  3. The company or its representative (eg chauffeur) reserve the right to refuse entry to the vehicle to any person/persons they deem unfit for whatever reason and can refuse to continue the journey if any person/persons behave in a manner which the company/representative feel may be detrimental to other persons or to the vehicle and its contents. In this case no refund shall be given.
  4. The company do not accept any responsibility for any personal items lost or stolen whilst the vehicle is under hire.
  5. Vehicles that run over their designated pre booked time slot will be charged an additional full hour’s rate.
  6. Subsequent costs of repairs of damage to any vehicles hired as used by you and guests of the customer/hirer however caused are your responsibility.
  7. In the event that any of your party are sick in the vehicle there will be a minimum £100 charge, to cover the cost of subsequent hires whilst the vehicle is being prepared to an acceptable standard. There will also be a minimum £100 charge if the vehicle is left in an unfit rental condition.
  8. Photographs that have been taken during Hire period may be used for media or web site publication.
  9. There is a minimum hire period of one hour. Please contact us to get an accurate quote for your wedding car requirements.
